1. How quickly can I receive notifications if there is any intrusion detected?
You’ll get the notification within a couple of seconds. Our camera allows you to know instantly what is going on when unusual motion detected. You can also turn on/off detection alerts and adjust the detection sensitivity.
2. How do I move my camera to a different wireless network?
If you’re moving the camera to another building or using a new wireless network or router, you’ll need to set up your camera again. First, press the camera power button to turn the camera on. Then press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to restore the camera to factory settings. Next, add the device again using the same setup process as before, but inputting the new network name and password.
